Supported Operations
Operation Purpose Use When
Read/Backup Extract and save partition data as a backup file You want to preserve current partition state before making changes
Write/Modify Edit entries directly within the partition You need to update or change specific partition data
Replace Swap entire partition content with new data You want to restore from a backup or apply pre-made configurations

Protect1 – Security-related partition data
Protect2 – Additional protected system information
NVDATA – Non-volatile device settings and calibration data
Operation Instructions
1. Read/Backup Operation
Connect your MTK device to your computer
Launch the MTK Partition Manager tool
Select Read/Backup from the main menu
Choose the target partition (Protect1, Protect2, or NVDATA)
Specify the output location for the backup file
Click Start – the partition data will be extracted and saved
Verify the backup file is created successfully
2. Write/Modify Operation
Open the MTK Partition Manager tool
Select Write/Modify from the menu
Choose the partition you want to edit (Protect1, Protect2, or NVDATA)
Select the specific entries or fields to modify
Enter the new values for the selected entries
Review your changes carefully
Click Apply – changes will be written to the partition
Wait for the operation to complete and confirm success
3. Replace Operation
Launch the MTK Partition Manager tool
Select Replace from the main menu
Choose the target partition (Protect1, Protect2, or NVDATA)
Select the backup or configuration file you want to use
Confirm the file path and contents
Click Execute Replace – the entire partition will be replaced with the new data
Wait for completion and verify the replacement was successful

3. عملية الاستبدال
افتح أداة مدير أقسام MTK
حدد استبدال من القائمة الرئيسية
اختر القسم الهدف (Protect1 أو Protect2 أو NVDATA)

أكد مسار الملف والمحتوى

Operación Propósito Usar Cuando

Instrucciones de Operación
1. Operación Leer/Respaldar
Abre la herramienta Gestor de Particiones MTK
Selecciona Leer/Respaldar del menú principal
Elige la partición destino (Protect1, Protect2 o NVDATA)
Especifica la ubicación de salida para el archivo de respaldo
Haz clic en Iniciar – los datos de la partición se extraerán y guardarán
Verifica que el archivo de respaldo se creó exitosamente
2. Operación Escribir/Modificar
Abre la herramienta Gestor de Particiones MTK
Selecciona Escribir/Modificar del menú
Elige la partición que deseas editar (Protect1, Protect2 o NVDATA)
Selecciona las entradas o campos específicos a modificar
Ingresa los nuevos valores para las entradas seleccionadas
Revisa cuidadosamente tus cambios
Haz clic en Aplicar – los cambios se escribirán en la partición
Espera a que se complete la operación y confirma el éxito
3. Operación Reemplazar
Abre la herramienta Gestor de Particiones MTK
Selecciona Reemplazar del menú principal
Elige la partición destino (Protect1, Protect2 o NVDATA)
Selecciona el archivo de respaldo o configuración que deseas usar
Confirma la ruta del archivo y su contenido
Haz clic en Ejecutar Reemplazo – toda la partición será reemplazada con los nuevos datos
Espera a que se complete y verifica que el reemplazo fue exitoso
